I always find myself involved in some project or another, whether it be working on a car, building or repairing something around the house, or something else.  I'm a big proponent of the "do-it-yourself" mentality, which I got from my Dad.  My philosophy is "why pay someone else to do something that I can do myself?"   I really enjoy doing my own work, and I find that it not only saves me money, but I also learn a lot in the process and enjoy most of the projects I get into.

I do most of my own auto work (sometimes with help from Dad), from replacing brakes to body work to more involved engine work.
