MA_SandwichHoxie - 5

This "chair" is normally folded downto form a table, but is a dual-use piece of furniture and folds up to make a chair. (Hoxie House in Sandwich, MA). In colonial days, each piece of furniture you owned was taxed, so dual-purpose furniture was common (one tax, but two uses for the piece). That's an antique pipe and tankard I'm holding, too.
