Cruise to Alaska on the "Serenade of the Seas" (Royal Caribbean). Taken on the fourth day of the cruise, while on the "Helicopter Glacier Trek" excursion, where we hiked for several hours on Mendenhall Glacier, where we were taken by helicopter. Contrary to what it looks like, that's not a road, but a "medial moraine," which is where the glacier has deposited sediment and rock debris. For perspective, the moraine is about 100' wide.
