Cruise to Alaska on the "Serenade of the Seas" (Royal Caribbean). Taken on the fourth day of the cruise, while on the "Helicopter Glacier Trek" excursion, where we hiked for several hours on Mendenhall Glacier, where we were taken by helicopter. (09/09/2004) Looking over across a series of crevasses, and down into into a moulin, which is a tubular chute that drains surface meltwater from the glacier. This one is roughly 120' deep.
