At the National Frontier Museum in Independence, Missouri. They had pretty nice exhibits, even though some of the exhibits were actually reproductions, not 'authentic' relics from the frontier days. (8/11/2004) This surveyor's transit and chain (the pieces outside the box) are not reproductions, however.
