The Sergeant Floyd Welcome Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Sgt Floyd was a member of the Lewis & Clark expedition, and was the only one who died during the trip (from a ruptured appendix). (8/13/2004) The steamboat itself was made in the late 1800s.
